8:30am to 5:30pmis that normal working hours?
not fair really. i have to work 8 hours + 1 hr lunch
others work 7 hrs? (9-5). shouldn I get paid more for that?!!
and the thing is, nobody ever leaves on time. so i dare not do so....
so in the end we all have to work more

Jot, instead of thinking that they didn't put enough into the kiddy (is that how its spelt), think what they would have taken out of the kiddy if you didn't work 8+1 hours.
